Yes. Browsing and creating a free account is always possible. To respond to a listing, you need a Zoeker or Thuis subscription. You can find the details under subscriptions.
Every listing is checked manually by us before it goes live, so it meets our guidelines before you come across it. If you still see something that does not look right, you can always report it to us.
Go to "My listings" in your dashboard and click "+ New listing". You are guided step by step through photos, price and amenities, simple and without any hassle.
You are not tied to anything. You can stop your subscription and profile at any time with one click through your profile settings.
